Celeriac has a rich texture with an extraordinary flavour similar to celery. Once diced into small pieces, it is similar in appearance to potato. Celeriac is very low in kilojoules and is a source of vitamin B. The best celeriac is pale green to cream coloured. Go back to Produce List

Serving Suggestion

Celeriac can be treated just like potatoes or turnips. It can be mashed, grated, boiled or served raw in salads. It also makes great wedges and a magnificent soup!
